One more thing about the extended warranty..don't buy until you original is almost up..and only buy it from the dealership..I dont know of a "good" extended warranty..when you really need it is when you find out how good it is..

MY mechanic told me the first 12" on the 1500 were terrible..he said they were asking it to do too much..the have improved them but I can tell you both my 2016 and 2018 both had issues with the screen.

Thanks for the words of encouragement..its got to go for a trans service next week and I'll see what they say..I spend alot if money at that dealership so we'll see..also. my mechanic will check and see if there is a tsb about this issue..u never know..

:mad:So a little help..pushing the volume and tune button at the same time did nothing for my radio..also holding the temp hot and cold together did nothing either..i did see where i could do a factory reset in the settings menu and I did that but it did not fix my android auto..I took the usb...

Pushing the volume and the tune at the same time for 5-10 seconds is a soft reset..pushing the cold and hot temp buttons at the same time for 10 seconds is a hard reset..

So, here I go again..my 2016 ram 3500 dually continues to give me rear end problems..heavy oil helped for a while, but not long..123,000 miles and already one gear assy replacement, the rear end continues to rumble (badly) when taking off and making turns (really bad). I'm now wanting to rebuild...
