Is atf+4 only a dealers item or can one purchase it at an auto parts house? What should a gallon cost? I was quoted by my local dodge dealer at $44. 90 + tax a gallon. . is this about the going rate? I call a local Checkers and they didn"t have any. .

I agree with JJ Jackson bout Nothings Better. . I purchased mine at Napa in Auburn,Ca. . I tried everything even razor blades until I used Nothings Better. . Just mix with a little water on a rag and rub. The spots will disapear.

We have a 04 HR Presidential 33' that we have towed 25k miles and have had no problems so far. Don"t even get any sway when we pass those 18 wheelers. .

I tow 14k for 4months of the year(summer) and have an automatic but would prefer the 6 speed. My wife said that she would not help me drive if I got a stick so we have an auto. So guess who is the BOSS... We alll know the answer but some willl not admitt it... :D :-laf :-{}

If you put a pyrometer on see what kind of temps it registers when you tow up some good grades. . pre turbo. . just curious how high the temps runs stock. .

Pulling 14k up a 6% grade I get to 1250 real quick(pre trubo) Thats where I take my foot out and hold that temp. Can't use all the power (bummer) :confused: Have free flow muffler and swiss cheese air box. and thats only on the tow mode. Don't know what the performance mode would do. . :confused:

I bought one last November and took a 4" drill to the bottom of my box to open up the airway. Seems to suck more air than before and you can hear the whistle of the turbo a lot more. . So far no problems and seems to be doing the job it says. . ;)
