    Black Oil On my 2007 5. 9 3500. Besides my bad mpg. The oil is black, graphite like. Had it analyzed and it came back "high in soot". Dealer says its normal. Any ideas?

    Removing cat on 2007 5.9

    I have a 2007 3500 4x4 SRW 5. 9 and i am looking for some opinions on removing the cat. Is it a good idea or bad idea? Has anyone done it on an 06 or 07 and did it make a difference. I've talk to some Cummins guys and they say do it, it will help, but I'm still unsure.

    2007 5.9 turbo bark and bad MPG's

    I have a 2007 3500 5. 9 automatic and when i let off the gas the turbo barks, but not all the time. Also the oil is very black and full of soot. The mpg's are ten or lower. Has anyone else had these problems or a fix for them? Because the dealer knows nothing, they replaced the number six...
