1999 5speed 3500 I have 66,000 on my 99 5speed dually. I work it hard pulling backhoe and skid loader up and down steep grades in Ozarks. I have lost 3 & 4 gear syncs now 2x!!

We run PacBrake Exhaust Brakes We use PacBrake Exhaust Brakes on our Trucks. Was money well spent would do it again in a heartbeat. If your gonna tow a real heavy load (we are pushing GCWR 30,000) would recommend adding a TST Power Kit (PowerMax I, II or III). :eek:

test drive it before you buy it some of the 6speeds have a vibration in 2nd gear about 1500 to 1800 rpms straight from factory. test drive it and make sure the one you are interested in doesnt have the vibration.
