Thanks for all the input. I took the truck to the dealer yesterday. The truck was unloaded and they took it for their 10 mile test drive. The said that the turbo was doing its job, which I'm sure it is under no load. They told me that they talked to STAR, which told them it sounded like bad...

I rechecked the air filter and everything looks okay. The sensor on the side of the air box has not moved since replacement. Before replacing the air filter it had moved about 1/2". I haven't checked the fuel filter again, but I have it at the dealership this morning to see what they come back with.

Thanks for the welcome, I've enjoyed reading through forums and learning more about my Cummins. The fuel filter was replaced 250 miles ago and the air filter about 500 miles ago. I will look for boost leaks.
