    I just received my MAG-HYTEC cover for the front differential and would like to use some remaining qts of amsoil 75-140 for lubrication. Is this too wide a range since the shop manual calls for 80W-90. Both are rated API GL 5.

    Mag-Hytech cover on sale

    I ordered my front cover this morning from Mag-Tytec, Van Nuys, CA (Jerry). Price was $255 and the line was really busy. Just Jerry and his wife on the phone. Will AMSOIL 75-175 work OK and how many Qts do you need to fill the new 4Qt cover? Thanks.
