    Grid heater

Although it has not been cold enough to really require the grid heater to start the truck. I did test the circuit for voltage at the heater, all is functioning properly. I have not yet purchased the manifold plate. For me the hex head flange bolts are easier to install than the socket head cap...

    Grid heater

I did not replace the stock grid heater plate. I was not ready to deal with the fuel system at this time, probably the next time I need to dig deeper, like replacing the crank case filter or adjusting the valve lash, the stock grid plate will be replaced.

    Idle speed fluctuates

My 2014 Ram 3500, 6.7 diesel, 68RFE, 4x4, starts fine and idles at a constant rpm. When I drive it and stop, like at a Stop sign, the idle speed fluctuates from 700 to 750 rpm. Selecting neutral or park stops the fluctuations. Anyone have some idea what is causing this?

    Turbo charger

Thank you for your assistance with resolving the turbo actuator issue on my 2013 Ram. I purchased a new actuator directly from City Diesel. After waiting for the actuator for several weeks, completed the installation today. The truck is operating like new. Thanks again.

    Turbo charger

My 2013 Ram 3500 is showing code P003A. The code indicates an issue with the turbo charger actuator. I discussed this with AGP Turbo in Phoneix, their recomendation is replacing both the turbo and actuator, because the truck has 117,000 miles. Their experience is the turbo and actuator begin...

    Starting issue

I have a 2006 Ram 2500 with 5.7 Hemi. Several times recently after filling the tank with gasoline, the truck will not start. Cranks fine but does not fire. Wait a couple minutes and it fires up. Have no idea what filling the tank with fuel and non-starting has to do with each other. Anyone have...

    Service and Wiring manuals

I purchased the disc from tech authority for my 2017 2500. It did not include any wiring diagrams. I then went ALLDATAdiy.com, subscribed to their service. I get the same information that is on the disc from tech authority plus wiring diagrams for the entire vehicle.

    Thermal bypass valve delete

The consideration for installing the thermal bypass valve delete is, I live in southwest New Mexico and see temps in the high 190’s regularly running empty.

    Thermal bypass valve delete

My Ram, 2017 2500 Off Road 6.7 Cummins 68RFE Considering the thermal bypass valve delete to reduce transmission oil temps, the block appears to be made with threaded ports for connection of existing lines. The connection between the threaded ports is straight thru, eliminating the thermal...
