IT CANT be a u-joint! It only happens in 4wd when going straight. Plus they are BRAND NEW Spicers. I have been around Jeeps since I have been driving and I know what a u-joint sounds like. I'll check the fluid, but I just changed it last winter.

Send it to High Tech Turbo. They can make it whatever size you want. A 62/65/12,13,or14 would be nice with what you have. The 12 and 14 are cast iron turbine housings and the 13 is the new Stainless Steel housing.

Big Block Chevy fuel pump plate works great. Just use the stock liftpump Cummins gasket. This is what I used and hundreds of other guys who went to an elctric pump.

Check to make sure the vent isnt clogged. If it is it will blow out a seal in no time. Its on the driver side of the axle where the brake distribution block is. Its the rubber hose that runs up.

Cummins says you can use up to 5% WO mixed in with your fuel. Just filter it and pour it in.
