When i installed my two piece 65 gal Aero tank the small 18 gal donut tank goes in the spare tire well and the spare tire sits on the tank and dropping 6" lower, now looking at it from the rear of the truck you can see part of the spare tire sort of like looking at a Chevy truck from behind.

The Gear Vendors OD unit drops rpm by 22%, with your 4:10 gears it might be a good choice, the G56 coupled to 3:73 gears the rpms should be close to your 4:10 gears/rpm.
