I have the Super Stock IRF on my truck. With the original filter I could pull the filter minder almost all the way down at will, even with a new element. With the AFE filter, I can't budge it. I like mine a lot. :)

I have a Kore Recon and a DSS. I installed Carli links just because the factory links are weak junk - mine were bent within hours of installing the lift. Once I had the Carli links, I eliminated the drop blocks.

I wonder if attrition of the 1st and 2nd gen trucks might be part of the reason for so few pics?

Depending on which factory stereo you have, you might want to use the front door speaker signal instead. I have an `07 with the REC Nav unit and Infinity speakers. When I installed my MTX box I used the rear door signal at first, but it turns out they limit deep bass to the rear door speakers...
