    Thats what I went with. That one was recommended before on this site. I got it though MTS transmission out of Nebraska. They have been great to work with so far and they're building it now. Had one of the best build times too- only two weeks. Thanks for your suggestion. I'll post again...

    Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Transmission will not downshift?

    I have an 01 4wd automatic with 70,000 miles. If it is in drive it starts out in 3rd gear. It must be manually shifted from 1 to 2 to 3 if you want it to use 1 and 2. Anybody else experience this? Any ideas?
