    I had the same problem. The drain tube was the solution. I just went to the local parts place and found a 90* hose that fit. Worked great.

    Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) 97... no start, no crank... nothin!

    I have been putting off changing the Larry b contacts for a bit. Then I got the dreaded "click" start. . no start. . several times. This morning I installed the new contacts and plunger and it works like a charm. The old contacts looked like they were burned, pitted and worn half way through.
