2003 2500 5. 9ho auto 4x4 ,bouncing speedo, gauge self test good, changed sensor on rear axle, same thing, only code is p646 ac clutch control circuit low, probably unrelated, any ideas?

The ac clutch comes on hard with clack but only at first start up. Once the truck is running i can turn it on or off and it operates quietly. Any ideas?

on the back of the cp3 (injector pump) driver side of engine, one electrical connection, 3 t25 bolts, cummins part#4932457, make sure to torque bolts 30 inch pounds once around then 62 inch pounds again within 2 minutes as per factory manual. Jordi always try the cheap sh%t first, too many...

mine was doing the same thing for the past six months, started getting worse last couple of weeks, no codes, no smoke, ran perfect when warm. Replaced Fuel Control Actuator on weekend ($119 on ebay) completely fixed it. Hope that helps.

anybody know where in canada to get an fca for a decent price ? dealer wants over 300 and cummins dealer says they don't service that part.

my 2003 stock HO/auto has started stalling first start cold, immediately will restart but stumbles at idle until warm. No smoke, no codes, no fuel in oil. any ideas? if I unplug FCA momentarily it idles smooth, with more injector noise. Open to suggestions. Runs perfect and pulls strong loaded...
