stall and stumble cold

my 2003 stock HO/auto has started stalling first start cold, immediately will restart but stumbles at idle until warm. No smoke, no codes, no fuel in oil. any ideas? if I unplug FCA momentarily it idles smooth, with more injector noise. Open to suggestions. Runs perfect and pulls strong loaded or at wot.

Sounds like pretty classic FCA problem, how many miles on your 03?

anybody know where in canada to get an fca for a decent price ? dealer wants over 300 and cummins dealer says they don't service that part.
