    Can anyone help me out here? I have a 04. 5 cummins 24v. When i am pulling a trailer and the temp gets over 210 it surges really bad. It doesnt stop until the truck cools down, would that be a govenor?

    where is the lift pump located on a 1997 cummins, would that be on the engine or the fuel tank????
