Its a Massey Harris 44 built for tractor pulling.
Allentown is about an hour east of Pine Grove, Pine Grove is also about 30 mins north east of Harrisburg.
PCM is on pass side firewall. What the studs are for is the cruise control resovoir as seen in my pic. 04.5 and up the cruise control is controlled by the ECM
After looking at your pic a third time I realized Im at the wrong spot.
03-04.5 had the cruise control vacuum reservoir there. They still used vacuum for cruise.
What makes you say that? Just curious of your thoughts. I tend to agree as the older ones needed improvments, and the later ones were a bit problematic and/or emission choked.
However, I like them all!

Not much to say about the truck, typical rusty dodge lol. 2003, Auto, Smarty Junior, Quadzillia intake, 5" exhaust with 6" tip, Autometer gauges...
Made this headache rack for it.
