PCM is on pass side firewall. What the studs are for is the cruise control resovoir as seen in my pic. 04.5 and up the cruise control is controlled by the ECM

After looking at your pic a third time I realized Im at the wrong spot. 03-04.5 had the cruise control vacuum reservoir there. They still used vacuum for cruise.

What makes you say that? Just curious of your thoughts. I tend to agree as the older ones needed improvments, and the later ones were a bit problematic and/or emission choked. However, I like them all!
