Looks like an old AC or a Massey perhaps.

Is Pine Grove near Allentown? I was just down that way a month ago to pick up a separator for a friend.
Nice job on the powder coating, wish I could find someone local that was worth a dang to do my bumper. Last winter was hard on it and the cancer is starting to spread

Its a Massey Harris 44 built for tractor pulling.

Allentown is about an hour east of Pine Grove, Pine Grove is also about 30 mins north east of Harrisburg.
