Recently I noticed small drips of power steering fluid when truck is parked for more than a day. It appears to be the low-pressure return line from the power steering cooler to the reservoir. It is the only hose that is wet and when I pull back the mesh shroud there is clean fluid all around the hose. I found the part number (52113929AD) for the new hoses that includes the tee fitting near the bottom of reservoir, but everywhere I look online it says discontinued. The suspected hose that is leaking has a factory 90 degree bend, otherwise I would just buy some 5/8" hose and replace.

Also couple of questions: Does 2006 steering gear box have the bolts on top like 2nd gen that I can tighten to see if that's where my leak is from? PS fluid has coated a lot on the underside and its difficult to pin-point where the leak is coming from. Anybody ever find a trick to getting out bottom reservoir bolt without removing pulley to replace o-ring between reservoir and pump? Anybody know the part number for the tee fitting near reservoir?

Edit to Add: already did the reservoir cap mod to relieve built-up pressure.

This isn't by chance the low pressure return off the Hydroboost? Mine had a molded 90 and an inline connector and straight hose to a T with the return from the steering (I have 2x4 so a rack and pinion steering gear). I ended up putting some NAPA Power Steering hose, (bought a 25 ft roll of it p/n 7-2583) on the hydroboost and making a nice curve with it and going to the Tee. Gates bulk hose would do OK too. Note the Amazon description is all effed up, its just a roll or hose.

5/8 hose is perfect, buy it by the feet where you want. The factory one is also just straight hose. Get a quality product, I went with no-name and had to replace again a year later.
Must parts store offer them bulk, cut to length.

The return line from the brake booster is 11/32.
Don't get any other diameter, it will leak at the barbs.

It is not, although that hose might be leaking, as well. Thanks for the advice!
