Just in case you didn't know this, if the tank is small there isn't a sufficient volume of air to run most air tools such as grinders or impact wrenches. It could possibly run a nail gun or something like that though.

Only things I could suggest is try a different dealer and/or replace the O2 sensor again (would probably have to be done on your dime) and see if there is any difference. If there is a difference then perhaps you could recoup the money spent on the new sensor. Good luck and let us know what happens.
