Shell Synthetic 15/40 Rotella oil now available!

If your 2014 is an ecodiesel, your deater is incorrect.

    Considering an ECO

Yes in the USA. I think a few months ago.

    Considering an ECO

Seems like you either get a good one or you don't. There are too many with problems but in the same breath I'll say most maybe 95% are great. My 2014 has been flawless. GDE tuned early on and never been in the shop. 26-28 MPG average with highway trips averaging 30-32 MPG all hand calculated...

Anyone got a radio update that screwed up everything?

I had to do a manual update on my 2014 because the OTA never worked. Go to the following link and you can see if there's a manual update for your vehicle. https://www.driveuconnect.com/support/software-update.html

    GDE

I wouldn't go near anything making such false claims concerning HP and torque.

What’s the best GDE reprogram way to go?

Are you serious??? #3 is so basic even a caveman would understand :). Let me try and make it easier for you to understand. If it affects my warranty do I need a spare ECM and keep my original. I'm still not seeing anything about please judge my moral values. Maybe it's to look past your nose.

What’s the best GDE reprogram way to go?

Well the OP said exactly "I’ve got the AEM update and just signed for the money. When it arrives, I want to get the GDE update. What updates are worth getting? The transmission one too? FCA is treating me with it! Will it affect my warranty so I need to keep my original ECM? I just made 29,000 miles."...

What’s the best GDE reprogram way to go?

Another one of the chosen few who will judge the many. Good for you brods. So what do you think about the german shepherd? Now let's get back on topic.

What’s the best GDE reprogram way to go?

You might want to reread that 1st post a little more carefully. OP said "Will it affect my warranty so I need to keep my original ECM?" Let's not change the facts to suit your opinion. Enough said? Lol. The GDE tune is not an issue with the warranty anyway. Keeping a spare is optional and may...

What’s the best GDE reprogram way to go?

Why do you feel the need to judge others? OP's thread is What’s the best GDE reprogram way to go?

What’s the best GDE reprogram way to go?

You might be wasting your time listening/replying to someone who is clueless about GDE's tune.

What’s the best GDE reprogram way to go?

You are confused sir. This is not the case with the GDE turbo brake.

What’s the best GDE reprogram way to go?

GDE does do the job correctly!

What’s the best GDE reprogram way to go?

No components are removed. You will never see the turbo brake under normal driving conditions without manually downshifting to a low enough gear.

What’s the best GDE reprogram way to go?

I like the turbo brake and the regen notification. High idle could be useful in colder climates.

What’s the best GDE reprogram way to go?

The GDE engine and trans tune is the best thing you can possibly do. I've had the engine tune for over 4 years and added the trans tune last year. I visit several forums and there's never been any denial of warranty with the GDE tune. The dealer can't tell it's there because it appears the...

Oil level on my 2015 Ecodiesel Outdoorsman Ram

I'm sure an extra 1/2 quart won't hurt anything.

Oil level on my 2015 Ecodiesel Outdoorsman Ram

The dipstick is difficult to get a good reading with these trucks. Some say it's like a vapor lock and if you pull the dipstick out a little (past the o-ring) it allows the oil to flow up the tube and then you get a more accurate reading when reinserted. Mine is always at the min. after adding...
