Yes, kit came with incandescent bulbs originally and they upgraded to LED bulbs. Clearance lamp lense covers are "clear" (or white). The attached pic doesn't quite capture what the eye sees but maybe you can see how the clearance lights are not the same amber color as the parking lights.
