Just got off the phone with Smarty. Their engineer stated that having the auto programming would cause a lot of codes so that possibility is out. I guess I look for a ecm I can test it with unless I can find a way to read and change the ecm data directly. I’m still looking for thoughts.

Not sure about a ECM reset but the truck did sit for 8 months with no battery in it due to work being done on it over the winter
