Hello I have a 95 12v cummins and I'm having an issue where I turn the key into accessorie and every light comes on but check engine, wait to start, trans temp, and water in fuel. When you start the truck the lights that are on turn off like normal but I have to tachometer. After a few minutes...- Tyler G.
