    Damn tire pressure light

In their defense, I had it for the weekend before purchase or prep. Interestingly, the warning didn't show until I got it on the highway as part of my testing and the temp of the air in the tires naturally increased (increasing the pressure). They did drop the pressure to 65 psi at my request...

    Damn tire pressure light

I picked my new 2500 up today. Turned out the problem I had was a missing sensor on the left rear wheel. LOL. They took one off another truck and ordered one for that one to get me out the door, kinda cracks me up. Hope they didn't forget to put anything else on the truck. ;)

Quick question - on the brink of being a new owner

Well, the original dealer apparently did not want my business. Assuming everything goes well later this evening, I'll be picking my new baby up from a different dealer who knew how to treat customers. I'm pretty excited.

    Damn tire pressure light

Yeah, that makes more sense to me. I can see running higher pressures if you're towing. Unladen though (as in my testing), 80psi seems a tad high. That's also what I've read elsewhere here.

    Damn tire pressure light

Haha, if it makes you feel any better, I was test driving one over the weekend and the same thing happened. 2020 Bighorn. I just dropped it off and I'm waiting on some numbers and all that. I told the salesperson about it. I also think they over-inflate the tires. The door sticker (for this...

Quick question - on the brink of being a new owner

In this case, I'm glad I had them at least run the trade because something popped in CarFax that's not true (and I had no idea, guess I should've checked). So I have to fight to get that cleared as well. That's their excuse on why they're lowballing me, at least now. In their defense, I...

Quick question - on the brink of being a new owner

Appreciate everyone's input, it's about what I thought but wanted to confirm. I'm still trying to work it out, they are not being very accommodating, and I think I pissed the salesman off because I told him their offer for my trade was ******** and they knew it. Funny thing is, he didn't deny...

Quick question - on the brink of being a new owner

Hi, I've been using this forum as a great resource leading up to purchasing a new Ram 2500. I went to one of my local dealers today and found they had a 2019 on the lot, brand new, 96 miles on the clock. What are peoples' thoughts on this? Obviously it's still under warranty. (Please don't...
