For the last few weeks my fass is making a surging noise. My fuel psi gauge jumps about every 5 seconds. Could somebody tell me if that is normal??I am driving to yosemite in 3 weeks and would hate to have the fass puke on me!!! 05 cc sb srw 4x4 e/j/a silverline afe fass95 autometer gauges

It is on the 3/8 fuel line supplied by fass,about 10'' from the cp3. They were both liquid filled gauges and should take some vibration.

Soon after i had my fass 95 installed i put an inline p. s. i. gauge in. The first one lasted 3 weeks,it was stuck at 6 psi. I replaced it with a higher quality gauge and this one lasted 4 weeks. It is stuck at 5 psi. Am i just having bad luck or is the fass spiking and killing my gauges...

I did install it on the firewall. I used a braided ss brake line. All my connections are good,that way i assumed it is the sending unit but i could be wrong. I would have no idea how test the gauge to see if it died!
