Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 0 - 60 in 11 seconds stock

Read an article about one of the plug in power boxes and it was giving 0 -60 times of 17 seconds in stage 1 ,16 seconds in stage 3 and 9. 6 seconds in stage 5. I have an 00 3500 with no muffler , no silencer ring , a k+n filter in stock air box full of 2 1/2" holes. I run 0 - 60 in 11 - 12 seconds, whats up?????:-{}

You have some breathing mods but no add'tl fuel. Stuff more fuel in (i. e injectors , fueling boxes) ... ..... get speed out
