I'm happy to say that Don is right, this is one nasty little cam plate. Now, I can only speak from the 96, 215hp pump point of view, but I took out the #4, which was slid 3/4 of the way forward & put in the #0 in the center. It wasn't as strong as the #4. It's now 3/4 of the way forward & it's everything that the #4 was and more. Can't tell how much more, but it works & works well. The rear tires seem to be loosing traction with less effort ... uh ... pretty easily.

The AFC housing went back all the way forward & I've still got the stock AFC spring. It doesn't smoke any more than the #4, but testing has been limited. Smoke is easily controlled & all but eliminated with the right foot. That long distance 3rd to 4th shift always gets more smoke than the rest & it doesn't seem to be any worse.

Be bold ...
