I am sure that someone has put a 24v in a chevy 80's style but how hard in it with all the computer controls? I have a compleat 2000 4x4 that was tboned what would I have to pull out and put in the chevyto make it run

me too!!

I'm planning on putting the same thing into my 73 Ford, starting in a couple of months. From what I understand, we're going to need all the wiring harnesses and computer modules.

I'm going to make my own "light tree" panel with the following lights:

wait to start, water in fuel, check engine, etc... .

All we have to do is get a wiring diagram to figure out which wires went to the guage panel and hook them up to my own light panel. I believe we have to use the gas pedal too, due to the "drive by wire" system.

I think it's going to be fairly straight foward and simple. I'm even going to install the OBDII connector so I can check codes.
