What air pressure are you running in the rear tires unloaded? Try 35 lbs and see how that works empty. A set of Rancho 9000 stocks set at 1 empty will help also. And the rear shackles can be switched to Sulastic.

Yep, first free thing to do is know your weights and run based on the chart. Add 10 psi fronts and 5 tears.

Do you still have the hard rubber bumper between the bottom overload and the main spring pack? If so, remove them. If you haul a heavy overhead camper then leave them alone and deal with the rough ride of a real truck.
