Help guys,

I started this project over a year ago

I'll say, and a heck of a project your into! Looks good LT, will be interesting to see what she runs like! We still run gassers in ours but were tickling the 150 mark on the gps in a 26 ft DCB, it's only money, and a heck of alot of fun! Ohh and a heck of a lot of work as you can testify to. Our motors are home grown fuel injected with prochargers, it will be very interesting to see what you end up with, good luck!

One of my best buddies is a DCB nut. Dave built him a 21' Eliminator with twin 2. 5 mercs back in 92. Since that time Dave has ended up with a serious share of his money. 22' Eliminator with trip 300 drag mercs. 22' DCB with twin 300 Drags w/ 150 hp NOS each. 26 DCB with twin 300X Mercs and the latest - a 29 DCB with trip 300X's. All outstanding boats. Dave showed me a thing or two about quality boat rigging.

The 150 mark with a 26 is impressive for sure. That is not much boat for that kind of speed. Must be a hell of a ride. How many inches are the motors?

I am getting closer with the Warlock. The power steering system is done as it the hydrolic trim system. The cooling is two brackets away from completion. Still do not have the correct wiring diagram. Looks like another couple of weeks to get it in the water and start testing.

I met Dr. Diesel a while back and looked at his personal truck. Twin turbo and who knows what else. Made 900hp to the rear wheels. He said he would back them for 1000 hours. After I get this project behind me I am thinking two of those in a 30' cat would be a really neat ride. Cruise all day at 120 without worrying about the motors going away. How cool would that be?

Sounds like my kinda guy. Im not only a DCB nut, but also an outboard nut. Ive always wanted a F-26 DCB with twin 300's.

Just out of curiosity, why did you choose to use a 24V instead of a 12V motor?
