Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 02 inj. max?

A friend of mine has an 02 with a drag comp and a FASS. He is wanting to put in a set of injectors. He was wondering how large he can go without smoking the head gasket or the charger? Mostly wondering about the head gasket. thanks,

Depends what he is gonna use it for, I tow a lot, so I went with the Mach 1. 6's from Don. Some guys have gone up to Mach 4's, but then you need more turbo, so I would say Mach 2's would be good. I run almost 40 lbs of boost with the stock gasket, no probelmo

Dont think it will tow much. I think he will just drive it mostly. How large are the mach 2's?

Mach 2's are 105 HP. Mach 4's are great at 150HP

I have jammer 4's and love them. My clutch doesn't though.

a set of Mach 7+'s and hold the pedel till he sees God Lance!

I ran the Jammer 4s with the HX turbo for a few weeks. EGTs were controlable even while towing. You did have to work to keep them down but do-able none the less.



They do smoke an arse load. As much as im suprised to hear myself saying this... . smoke gets old after a while. Just make sure he keeps that in mind.

Dlange, If it was mine id definitely go for the mach 7's. lol I'm all about overkill
