Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 02 power lose, any help

I have 02 all stock 4x4 auto, w/k+n air filter, 77200m, it loses power while driving about 40-55mph and then when I press the pedal and it takes off!,

also sometimes it only runs about 20mph in the morning at full throttle, then takes off, either problem has not happened in 2 days now , , I did the 3 turns on the ign. to see if any codes come up, none seen, any help please.

Check your fuel filter. Also your transfer pump could be going out as it wont always set codes.
