Archived 02, slipping in over drive, stuck in WY

Help. I am trying to make it home for christmass to WA state and I am currently in WY. I pulled over today because my transmission was slipping in over drive. It's an Auto. Any way, I remember the whole apps thing, so I recallibrated it per a post on this web sight. Got the voltage to match. Plugged every thing back in and now tons of fault codes, to include abs light and break light. Codes are as follows. 1693, 0122, 1698. The only thing I think it can be is when I turned the key on to get a voltage, I should have unplugged the rest of the computer wires going to the ECU. Any ideas?

I am going to try and drive it for a bit and just see what happens. I have to say though, I don't like not having ABS in the snow and ice with a 10,000 trailer. LOL
