Hard starting, but it has progressively gotten worse up to the point I can't get it started. When I do get it running it runs fine, no fuel in oil (yet), new lift pump and I have re-torque all tubes and lines, still very difficult starting the truck. I have a rail cap on order and as soon as it gets in I will test for bad injector(s)

Send them out to someone like F-1. It's cheaper to have them fix them and upgrade the tips then it is to buy new ones. You don't even have to upgrade the tips if you don't want. Most of the injector guys have the equipment to test and fix our injectors.

How can you fix injectors when Bosch will not sell you internal parts, just certain component's are available? I order 200 CVAs from Bosch over a year ago N/A II order over 1k same deal N/A,Remans are no more then harvested part from other failed injectors at this time, T&C will no longer give any type of warranty on Remans other then refund, I have never seen a component that is R/R that has such a high failure rate. If you are able to afford NEW (MAKE SURE they are NEW) you will benefit. Yesterday I received entire CR PUMP. LINES,RAIL,INJECTORS rusted be-on believe, I tried to take pictures but My camera is not able to pick up the rusted parts. Need a better camera.

Having a little problem with Bosch remans or are these some of the Juarez injectors that are floating around?

It could be a couple things that can be fixed like the selinoids or a cracked tip that can be replaced. I was told that Don at F-1 also makes some internerl if need be. Now I am not an expert on these, but I sent mine out to him with these exact symtoms and they came back with new tips and perfectly running for 40k so far. I did get my originaly injectors back so I have no reason to doubt what I had been told. Buyer beware, I guess, so do your research and decide what you want to do before you send a ton of $$$ on new ones.

All remans suffer from the same issue (NO PARTS). I do believe when You Buy Cummins Remans You in fact Getting Cummins Remans (Not Bosch) Cummins is probably Machining their own Parts. I have bought injectors from all over the country had them shipped here disassemble them save the parts that are good rebuild as many as I could with new parts and then reused the harvested parts with success. I just don't have the time to do this on a regular basis. Now Chrysler Remans must have at least a 50% failure rate,I have customers that had Chrysler install Remans under warranty 2/3 times they got so fed up with it (the remans) they purchase new from us (the Customer) I received 1 entire system just recently with rust in the injectors ,rail ,pump ( My camera is just not good enough to get good Pictures otherwise I would post them) contamination is by far the biggest destroyer of injectors,Pressure being 2nd. Clean decent Good clear #2 or commercially refined Bio CR injector should make 250K+

My 2003 is having injector issues. (Original after 115,000miles) and I was wondering if anyone has a suggestion for replacement... DDP, Industrial, or ?? Also, I'm wanting to upgrade to 90hp since I'm going to be doing a CP3 mod and eventually a new turbo...
