Texas CDL Laws and Regulation Questions..

Looking for a recommendation

I have a 2003 Ram 3500 dually with a 5.9L HO Cummins Turbo Diesel. I'm in the processing of rebuilding my engine, after drooping the 6th cylinder. I getting a new long block with studs, new injectors 100hp, add a new compound turbo, South Bend dual clutch, new Jacob brake, 5" dual exhaust and a Fass 150 fuel system. My original engine had a TST PowerMax CR on it. Can I still use this and/or should I stack with Smarty. BTW, I almost full timing with a 43' foot 5th wheel weighing 15,000 lbs. suggestion/recommendation welcome.

Welcome to TDR, even though I'm not a fan of programmers and other devices that increase the HP and TQ, it seems like your going about it the right way. You should also consider replacing the head to a 04.5 through 07 5.9 head. There is a difference in the valve seats that help with the heat generated by the increase in performance. Also, fill out your signature so members can see your truck and modifications, and post this in the 3rd Gen 5.9 engine and transmission Forum.
