Dash cluster said no bus, all three lights lit up for ac, recirc & defrost. The map light outside temp not communicating, no blinkers, no brake lights, no cruise control and Ignition problems. Took it to a auto electric specialist next day it was diagnosed and repaired $769. The a/c control module was the issue once replaced everything communicates and works flawlessly. The dodge dealership said they were unable to program any modules past 2008. So I read where Charleston Auto Electric were electrical specialist and their reputation was repairing issues know one else could resolve. I highly recommend their expertise and friendly dispositions. Hope this helps others!

That's pretty interesting... I would have guessed loose ground at the left of the dash. I wonder if the problem was a ground provided through the AC control module.

Glad you got it fixed and for not too high a cost with parts and labor.

Cheers, Ron

They had to purchase the part through Dodge. Dodge told me they couldn't help me because they can not program anything after 2008. All they would do was run a diagnostics on it for $169. I was impressed with the service. I had other shops throw parts at it.

The AC control head does not have to be programmed. If it was a bad control head the diagnosis is pretty easy. You unplug modules on the BUS until communication comes back. Many times it isn't as easy as just unplugging a module. You got pretty lucky.

Thank you lord I need some luck. One shop wanted to replace the computer, another wanted to replace fuse box. I refused because the engine ran perfectly you just had to start the ignition a few times before it would crank. Now it fires off first try.
