Kevin, truck spent 3 days at dealer. They determined that return fuel flow back to tank was three times what it should be, this was caused by the connector tubes to the injectors were loose. They retorqued the tubes to 37 ft lbs and now the truck starts, still 2-3 second crank time, but it starts every time. Dodge has a diagnostic procedure for our problem, and as the dealer works thru it untill he gets to a point that the complaint is solved. We all agree that the problem is better but not as it should be, but untill a nostart condition returns, thats it. IT STARTS!!!
