WHY? If the dealer said the problem is in the evap. I would be skeptical, what is the problem? low on freon, leak, ?

thanks for reply. have already replaced comp. (growling badly), dryer,recharged.

lasted 2 days. out of freon. my mechanic says it has to be evap leaking.

quoted 600$ to change. my understanding is dash has to come completely

out. just wondering if any special tool involved or booby traps in process.
