'03 boost #'s

Dad's '03 runs at about 10psi cruising at 60mph on flat ground. Sounds kinda high for a no load situation. I know mine is closer to 6psi in a similar situation. Is this just a difference in our turbos? Both have aftermarket exhaust and intake. I know the TAG III dropped my cruising boost, but not that much.

yea thats alittle high for 60mph unloaded, but he should see better power and economy with it that way. i see about 4-6 w/ stockers.

Actually, part of the reason I ask is that he doesn't get very good mileage. The best he's ever gotten was about 16. 5mpg trying as hard as he could to get it as high as he could. Typical is around 14-15mpg.



Oh yeah... his is '03 3500 4x4 auto.

I would say on flat ground that is high. Mine runs around 6 to 7 on the same conditions. Doc
