I had two bad injectors on my '03 at 94K miles. I've heard plenty about the injectors for this truck but thought it was relatively early in its mileage life to have bad injectors. I've been doing some reading and found that it might be best to upgrade on the fuel filtration system. Just wanted some pointers on what to get before I start spending money on stuff I don't really need. Any help is appreciated

I'll vote for Glacier Diesel too. The kit is complete, along will all the pieces and custom fittings for the job. No trips to the store with one of their kits.

I have an 03 with a 6 speed and 399,000mi on original injectors.i have a fass 150 pump, oem filter deleted, fass was one of the first upgrades I made and probably one of the best, along with the 74 gal inbed transfer flow fuel tank.

Well it sounds like it definitely helped if your getting that high mileage on original injectors. I'll be looking into a pump because I know its only a matter of time before the original one goes out. Thanks for the suggestions guys.

Wayne M. That looks like a pretty sweet setup. Did you make that mounting bracket or was all of that part of a kit you bought? I don't have a lot of mechanical knowledge about this stuff yet but I've found that if I have the right tools I can do most of this stuff fairly easily. I appreciate the link I might try that but chances are I will keep it a little more simple and upgrade the hoses later on.

The bracket is a plate bent @ rt angle. I made a thin cardboard template from a cereal box and tapped out the holes like making a gasket. It's no kit. All put together as I went along. Making the tubes was the tricky part. Tube is rather cheap- I had to throw one length away ;)
