I have been thinking about putting some 75 0r 80 horse injectors or nozzles. My question is if replacing nozzles will fix any damage that may have been done from a pressure box or if the injector will need to be sent off and gone through. I have 60k miles 50 of which have had a pressure box on the highest setting. I dont know if they are damaged or not but i am looking for the best results

03 HO, quad race box, super b turbo, 5" exhaust, FASS pump, Analog gauges.

You might want to look for the Northwest Bombers website, which I believe is a chapter of the TDR.

On their website, an injector builder, named Don M. , has some pictures posted of what he says is damage done by high preasure boxes, on stock injectors.

I saw this posting on the DieselTruckResource.com website. I don't remember which thread it was but, it wasn't too long ago. One way, or another, you ought to be able to find NWBombers.

Hope this helps.

I would think it would depend upon which metal the fuel damaged - I think DON has had to repair a few injectors bodies, not just the nozzles...
