How to get 2WD Low on your 4x4 07

Truck Misses/stumbles randomly, usually while accelerating...

Earlier bowls have more material over the gallery cooling is one advantage. The 143 pattern and re-entrant bowl is more efficient at combustion so you get better efficacy. Just didn't meet emissions with it until EGR was used. The only engines that used the deep spray were the 04.5-7 %.9's, all other Cummins build used the re-entrant and wider pattern just like the 6.7's.

Definitely use the 03-04 piston (try to find the QSB480 piston it's cheaper and stronger).

Are you planning to run stock tuning or get a custom tune? If you're going to tune it get the Stage 1 BBi's.

03 injectors/pistons work fine on stock tuning but for added power they really like a custom tune where the pilot is modified vs a stock pilot that most box tunes seem to run.

Both my dad and I run the QSB 480 piston and the 03 injector style, and it's a much better running motor with them over the HO325 pistons.

Let me know, here or PM, if you have any custom tuning questions. I've written the tune for both of our truck and I'm running about 400 to the ground (475 crank) and dad's running about 350 to the ground (425 crank).

Would you have a Mahle part number and a supplier for these?

Stick with Cummins OEM over Mahle.

The QSB is the industrial version of the ISB and the 480 is the highest power/rpm 5.9 build. 480 hp at 3400 rpms.

Let me see if I can find a part number.

They come as an assembly with the piston, cylinder rings, wrist pin, and retaining ring.

Standard bore 4955622
O.5mm oversized 4955623
1.0mm oversized 4955624

You should be able to find them for 170-180 each.

BBi has a good vendor in the US and also the Boss from austria is perfectly fluent in english. so, you dont need to go the way over your sister.
i got bbis as well. perfect injectors. never had a smoother diesel engine in my life.

I was looking at

European contact to maybe lower price. It turns out that they're priced lower in dollars than Euros. I've already had email contact with big bang in English, but I happen to still be slightly fluent in German.
