04.5 u-joint

Help, I need the correct part number for geaseable u-joints in my 04. 5 4x4 HD auto. Looking for rear u-joints only at this point. Precision 351's are too big and the NAPA guys are at a loss. Does Spicer make a joint for this truck as I would like to use them if possible. This is a two piece shaft. . total of three u-joints. Thanks for all the help on this site! it's great!
