'04 Bodybuilder frame rail drawings ?

Hi Forum. Used to by you could go to http://www.rambodybuilder.com/2004/intro.pdf and then follow links to drawings of the frame rails so as to make custom beds, etc. but any attempt to do so now get's me nowhere. I even tried installing Internet Explorer per directions. Anybody know how or have these drawings ?
