'04 DC-RAM incentives?

Hello all,



Seriously was considering upgrading to a new '03 and taking advantage of the $2,500. cash back. Had my dealer do a search for the way I wanted it equipped and there were none available. So, if I do it, I will be ordering an '04. Does anyone know what if any incentive(s) DC will be offering on the '04 Ram's? Current '03 incentives end 9-2-03.



What changes if any on the '04's besides color? (I know about the EGR valve 1-1-04).



Any regrets from '03 owners? Paticulary HO/6Spd?

On Dodge.com you can check rebates and incentives for '03s and '04s, I checked yesterday for '04s and there are not any for the trucks just two of the '04 cars currently have incentives.

I would think the HO/auto owners would be the ones having the regrets! The 6 spd is the only way to go, look at all the past problems with autos(not only Dodge!). The only regret I have is that I didn't get this truck sooner... ... . I love it, no problems yet, but I only have 4,000 miles on it.

Having worked for several large companies in the Sales and Marketing prevention departments, I assure you the NOBODY including the Dodge truck product manager knows what the incentives will be for Sept. They will formulate various plans depending on haw many retails are in the pipeline, how much 03 inventory needs to moved and what the competition is doing and put hem in place the day before the old incentives expire. They want to be sure and deliver all of the "early" 04 retail orders before they put incentives in place if they can.
