I have a 2004 CTD with 110,000 miles on it and im getting ready to switch to Amsoil synthetic. Should i use the engine flush first or will the synthetic oil eventually clean out my engine. Your help will be most appreciated, thanks

Pretty sure Amsoil will tell you to flush your's with that much mileage. There was a post about this not too long ago.

Yes, that was my post. I was advised to use the flush. It didn't come in time so I flushed with a NAPA product, same procedure. I also would advise letting the old oil drain for a couple hours before replacing the plug to let as much out as possible. . Don't forget to change the oil filter BEFORE running the flush and AFTER running it!!! And don't drive it with the flush in it... :-laf
