Well I finally got it yesterday. Ordered on 9-3 came in Tuesday I got me a virgin white one this time. Never had white before. Its pure virgin white:D

3500 4wd 4dr AT LWB Laramie Cummins of course.

Be sure to get mudflaps on ASAP. My 03' in virgin white wasn't a virgin long. Only went 2 weeks without flaps and had a heck of a time getting the road grime off the truck. Any suggestions on a bug and tar remover? Any that are recommended "safe" for our trucks?

Ischultz, is your's a dually? Big Bob ordered your exact truck (if it's a dually) before you did and I don't think it's even gone BX yet

Congrats on the new ride :D

well, I heard a rumor that st. louis might be getting the HD ram for november, and that they had to do some changes to support the Dually, but please take that as a pure rumor that may be true or not true

I ordered my 2004 3500 DRW on September 8th, it was built in Mexico, and shipped on the 10th of October. As of this morning it was in Muncie, KS at the Union Pacific depot waiting transportation by truck to the dealership. Can't wait till it arrives. :)

DRW's have twice as many rear tires. DC is running short on tires and figures they can deliver twice as many SRW's as DRW's given the same number of tires they have... ... pure economics... . or bs on my part... . you figure which is true.

mud flaps

When i got my 03 I got the dealer to throw in the Mud Flaps. They are pretty nice and they fit right! Which is very important to me!

My dealer ordered a '04 3500 4X4 SLT QC Dark slate DRW Auto 3. 73LSD on oct. 9. Curent status is "D1" wich is "gateline schedule - scheduled to be built". Truck will be shipped from Mexico nov. 3 and will be at dealed around dec. 9... total of 8 weeks delivery from order date...

I don't understand this! I ordered my 04, DRW, 48RE Laramie on 9/22. Went to BX on the September 26th. Dodge rejected all of my dealers diesel orders for October and my order went back to BG! I talked with dealer and Regional Rep, Rep wasn't sure but he thought that the hold was due to an early introduction of the NEW 50 State EPA engine!

If I don't get a build date in November, I will probably look elsewhere!

I am happy for you guys that are getting your trucks even though you ordered after mine was ordered. I just don't understand how this is happening!

I'm thinking that the new motor may be OK. More power (They have to do that at least a little bit to outshine Ford) and other potential truck upgrades that come midyear. Someone posted that dealers will be allowed to place orders again in November. I hope my truck does not come in until the new info comes out so I can make an educated decision on which truck to get. Dodge can't tell us the new motor will be better or the sales on the currant truck will drop off a cliff. ;)

Same situation as BigBob

I also ordered in Idaho and have been put on restriction and told "new engine is done deal". I need to have the optimism to think Uncle will take care of us with the new restrictions. . NOT:mad:
