05 Auto Doesn't Want To Shift Out Of 1st!

Hey all. Friends 05, stock 3500 48re is very difficult to get out of first gear. Typically you need to rev it to 3200-3400 and then feather it back some to get it to shift. When I drove it, it went through 2,3,4 fine and the Tow/Haul worked fine. Pulled out from another intersection, 3200 to shift into second, but then acted like it went to third and bogged down? The TTVA was replaced, the 1/3 gear inside was missing 3 teeth. Knew it was bad for the last 6 months. Thoughts?

Replace the gov pressure solenoid and transducer as the next step. The solenoid gets sticky and jams causing the gear hangs until high rpm's.

That was my next direction. I've replaced them in 24V's many times, but the symptoms were always starting out in third instead of 1st. First time i've experienced these symptoms. Thanks. Going to get them ordered.
