05' Backup light failure

4k on the ticker and backup lights do not come on when put in reverse, anybody else had this problem?

What transmission? NV5600? The backup light switches are a known weak point with this transmission. It took 5 minutes to change mine, most of that time spent getting tools out and putting them away.

Just replaced mine(warranty)blinking on and off.

Yep its a NV5600.

Had the switch on my '03 replaced under warranty. So far, the replacement has lasted twice as long.
