Insted of shinning your white shoes why dont you post the prices. You and all your reps are the same, went to law school but couldn't pass the bar.

He doesn't have any idea of what you want. If you were to call or email them, I'm sure they would quote you a price. There are too many options to guess what you want.

Tomygun,

Great pricing! The guys in the Eastern part of the nation, need a good dealer to work with also! :D Oo. That pricing basically matches what Dishman is doing for the Western guys.

tomeygun,

don't let them get to you. I will be in touch when I get ready for mine. Just a matter of time and that little thing called money!;)

What's up with this??

I wanted to purchase my truck from Tomeygun, but Big Bob talked about the deal from Dishman and I ordered from them. Nothing against Tomeygun, good fellow to work with. I called, we chatted, but Spokane is so much closer to Salt Lake than Saint Louis, I decided to take that route.

There are way too many options to have a generic price listed on this site. You could easily go to www.dodge.com and pick out what you want, but if you're serious about buying, you owe it to yourself to check out all resources before plopping down your dollar. I was shopping for two months before I decided which way to go.

Thanks Tomeygun, Thanks Butch at Dishman Dodge. Good people to work with, straight shooters, there isn't any runaround. The comment is definately unfounded!!

Another satisfied Dishman customer

I ordered from Butch on May 9, took delivery June 28... I also have to second that it was the most relaxed buying experience I've had to date. No run-around, got exactly what I ordered and expected, at a great price. Fortunately for me, living in Kommiefornia was a non-issue, as I'm still active duty in the Navy and an Oregon resident... no CARB junk on my rig:p Anyway, thanks again to Butch and the gang at Dishman, and especially to BigBob for pointing me in the right direction!

clayman, to answer your question, I ordered from Swift over on Arden/Bell. I only chose them because I've had good luck with their service department and I can get 1% under invoice from ANY dealer through my job. I don't know if they're willing to dicker much or not if you ahve to work your own deal. It would take 3% under to make me go somewhere else, but so far there's no one that I know of that will do that on a CA truck. I would love to go to St. Louis and get a truck from Tomeygun, but DC skrewd him and all other non-border state dealers so they can't order CA trucks.

Jeepdude,

I couldn't afford to wait. I went ahead and got an 04. 5 from Dave Smith. Couldn't pass up the rebates and the prices I was being given for the '05's were too much for me.

All the 600 now have the CARB certification on them. That is all California is looking for.

That's true if they also come with the certificate that states that "THIS VEHICE IS CERTIFIED FOR SALE IN CALIFORNIA" when I went to CA DMV they inspected the engine for the "CARB" statement, and asked for the certificate, you must have both.

Heheh... well when the 2005 rebates come into effect after August 31, I hope you're not kicking yourself. :p At least I *hope* they have some '05 rebates. So far the '05 only looks to be about $400 more than the '04 except for the $2500 rebate, so hopefully that'll apply to the 05's by the time mine gets here, plus I'm REALLY looking forward to that factory sunroof! I've gone for over 3 months now without a truck and it's been helll... I'm not about to cave in early and have waited for nothing! ;)

I didn't really cave. I thought about the sunroof, but I would never use it but 2 or 3 times a year weather permitting. I never got a straight answer as to the pricing. I sold my '02 last weekend, so I need something much sooner than I had thought. The '04 I had priced was around $37K. The '05 was about $42K. Regardless, I am still getting what I want so it's not a big deal to me.

We can still get together and do the comparisons when you get yours!

George,

You are right, sorry for the confusion.

His Rep rep is the same one for california... So when the Full HD allocation is not used up, the zone rep has to build a number of truck and then pawns them off the dealers...

Notice all the DAVE smith calif. trucks are copys of eachother... like they were mass ordered (what the rep does when he has 200 trucks to order... mass order with only color changes)

I DO NOT believe dave smith can just "order" a "ycf" package like anything else... BUT the rep can "accedently" build it and then switch it to Dave smith's inventory, i guess

I ordered mine from Smith with "YCF" and had it built, took 12 weeks to get it but it's in the garage now.
